Silversea's Gianluca Sparacino serves as the Global Head of Food and Beverage.

With over 35 years of experience, Sparacino joins Silversea from Four Seasons Resorts and will spearhead the evolution of the cruise line's award-winning culinary program. A dynamic leader in hospitality and culinary strategy, Sparacino brings extensive expertise from some of the finest epicurean destinations and luxury hospitality brands, along with strategic vision for Silversea’s innovative culinary and beverage offerings.

Originally from Rome, Sparacino is a graduate of the prestigious hotel management school Les Roches in Switzerland. His career has taken him to renowned culinary hubs such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Geneva, and Miami, where he has amassed over three decades of global hospitality experience. As a driving force behind award-winning dining concepts and collaborations with more than a dozen Michelin-starred restaurants, he has redefined luxury hospitality through innovation, mentorship, and a guest-first philosophy. Prior to joining Silversea, he served as Vice President of Food and Beverage for the Americas at Four Seasons Resorts, having previously held the same position for the EMEA region.
